Very nicely landscaped, well-kept , spacious and fully enclosed and not overlooked pool and garden with a large sun terrace. The pool is heated and can therefore be used in the winter months. The costs have to be payed extra by the tenant (electricity consumption according to meter ) . The house has on the ground floor: 1 living -dining room (with air-condition), american kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning) and on the upper floor ( with internal stairs ) 1 bedroom ( with air conditioning), 1 bathroom en -suite. From the living-area / kitchen you have access to a spacious dining hall with barbecue and views and access to the pool area. There are several parking spaces, which are closed by an electric gate. Sea view they has from the small roof terrace. Washing machine and internet are available for the guests. Quick Internet per w-lan and there is a sky-receiver available (sky card necessary). Guest Access: The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time.
