Quiet getaway

1st floor apartment in a semi rural area near to the South Downs, Brighton and Goodwood approximately 28 miles away. Kitchen includes oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge. The lounge/ dining area has a TV plus a DVD player. The apartment has a parking space available to guests, however, should a second parking space be required, that can be arranged by contacting me with a few days notice please. There is also an outside area for you to enjoy through the archway next to the flat. The space Fully fitted kitchen, 1 double bedroom with ensuite shower room, 1 single bedroom and spacious lounge/dining area. Separate bathroom. Guest access Whole of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is accessible down a private, somewhat bumpy lane, it is surrounded by a large area of garden, a pond and a paddock where horses are kept. These areas are not available to guests. We also have ducks living on our pond so any dogs staying with us must be kept on a lead whilst outside. Also dogs are not allowed on the beds or sofas.
