"Archontiko Petras 1821" is a luxury stone villa, built in 1821 and completely renovated in 2008. It is located north of Lesvos, in the beautiful and traditional village of Petra, in an excellent location in the center of the village. Villa Archontiko Petras is open all year round and can accommodate 11 adults and 5 children. It has five beautiful rooms with bathroom in each room, all with different styles able to satisfy even the most demanding visitor! The space Εntering the villa, you meet an imposing wooden staircase that leads to the upper floor. The ground floor of the villa takes you to the dining area and a large living room with fireplace, which leads to the beautiful and comfortable veranda, in a lush garden, left and right full of fruit trees! In the garden, there is a barbecue area, as well as a small playground with swings for children. The garden fence gives a sense of security especially to those who have families with young children. Each room is decorated with different colors and furniture with unique antiques, able to satisfy most demanding needs. On the ground floor you’ll find Faidra, a family room with internal staircase, which can accommodate 2 adults and 3 children from 5 to 14 years old and Nafsika room, overlooking the garden, which can accommodate up to 2 adults and a child up to 14 years old, each room with its own style and bathroom. The first floor takes you to a second large living room with a fireplace, which leads to a small balcony overlooking the garden and the beautiful church of “Saint Mary of Petra”. Three beautiful rooms: The romantic and spacious room Aphrodite, with a bathroom with shower, which can accommodate up to 3 adults, Sappho with the hidden room "sofa bed", with comfortable bathroom with shower, which can accommodate 2 adults and a child up to 12 years and the luxury Suite "Hlectra" with antique furniture and a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi, for unique moments of relaxation, which can accommodate up to 2 adults. Spend some relaxing moments in one of the two spacious living rooms, watching TV, playing a board game, or drinking your coffee by the fireplace. On the ground floor, there is a cozy country style kitchen, fully equipped, to develop your cooking skills! The villa also has a washing machine and dryer machine, air conditioning, central heating, as well as free and fast Wi-Fi. Choose as extra service, our delicious breakfast with local products and recipes all fresh and handmade from Lesvos. There is a small parking space in front (only for two cars). Guest access Every guest has access to all the facilities: Kitchen, dining areas, two living rooms, balcony on the first floor, veranda with the garden on the ground floor, Barbeque area, Lounge Tv, washing and dryer machine as well as free wi-fi internet. Other things to note There is a Private local Clinic and Pharmacy in the center of the village. The health center is located in Kalloni town, 20 minutes away and the Hospital of the island is located in the city of Mytilene 66 km away.
