The house is located on the second/third floor belonging to residential "Edifici Atlantic". The residential has a large pool and spacious garden areas. The apartment has just been renovated, it has all you can need in your stay and has beautiful terrace with views to the sea and the Dragonera island. In its 75 m2 the apartment has a large living room with fireplace, two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with bunk beds), a bathroom, a kitchen with utility room and a great terrace with beautiful views of the island of Dragonera. Air conditioning could be used either for cooling or heating. Our apartment is located in the small coastal town of Sant Elm, in the municipality of Andratx, west of Mallorca. Sant Elm has become a small, quiet resort but still retained the charm of the small fishing village it once was. Its strategic location allows us to enjoy both the sea and the wonderful landscape of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in front of the Natural Park Dragonera island. Sant Elm is an excellent starting point for treking to "Sierra de Tramuntana", the most popular visits are “La Trapa” passing through the Cami de Can Tomeuí and offers sensational views over Cala en Basset, its tower and Dragonera island. The visit to the island of Sa Dragonera also allows various hiking and enjoy stunning views over the coast. The village center is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment where you can find mini markets, souvenir shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc Sant Elm Beach is a beautiful sandy beach, crystalline water and with great views of the island of Pataleu as Dragonera Island. It has sun loungers and parasols and is 100 meters from the apartment. In 15 minutes by car or half hour by bus you can get to village of Andraitx or Puerto de Andraitx. We strong recommend to visit “Puerto de Andratx" Puerto de Andraitx is 15 minutes drive. The city of Palma is a 30 minutes drive. Airport is a 40 minutes drive.
