The space The rental space includes 3 double bedrooms. - Bathroom and separate toilet - TV room with sofa and dining table. - Small adjacent kitchen area in our laundry room including fridge, induction cooktop, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, sink and dishes. Private outdoor terrace downstairs with the possibility of outdoor furniture at no extra cost. The accommodation is in our property. It remains independent. Only the kitchen area is in a common area. Access to the accommodation from the outside at the level of the two bedrooms with bay window without entering the common areas. Rooms are rented either individually with shared common spaces or by two or three unshared spaces. Guest access Saint Chéron is ideally surrounded by woods, hiking trails and located about 50 km from Paris, Versailles, Fontainebleau, etc. All amenities within a 5/10-minute walk: shops, restaurants and RER C station (Paris/Dourdan line) less than 1 hour from Paris. All in a wooded and quiet environment. Other things to note Remote control provided for extended stay to open the gate. Cleaning fee includes sheets, towels (consumables not included). Our accommodation is non-smoking. Wi-Fi internet and cable available. For information, the slats of the PVC parquet flooring are separating and it will soon be replaced.
