Bramble Lodge (ref UK13322) sleeps up to four guests and is great for friends or family to enjoy. Offering an open plan living space, this is a great space to get together whilst cooking and enjoy a glass of wine. Outside you have a decked area with seating to enjoy the views over the woodlands beyond. With footpaths to the historic National Trust Calke Abbey, a historic house within 600 acres of nature reserve along with the Staunton Harold reservoir and its yacht club. Just 4 miles away you can visit the largest inland marina in Europe at Willington Mercia House, not to ment Donnington race track which houses the Grand Prix collection in the museum on-site. Also Donnington hosts the famous down load festival every year. The lodges lie in the National Forest, where you are given access to a wealth of beautiful countryside suitable for bird watching, cycling and walking. A drive of approximately ¼ mile takes you into the heart of the Peak District, with famous houses such as Chatsworth, Haddon and Hardwick to visit along with the market towns of Bakewell, Matlock and Matlock Bath with a whole host of activities for people of all ages to enjoy.
