The guests are not allowed to use the lake or the grounds around it due to insurance restrictions. This is strictly enforced by neighbors who video record guests who cross the tree line. Guests are welcome to the pool, hot tub, bbq area and the house gardens. Guests can access pool, hot tub, BBQ area and the gardens.
