Apartment II (55 sqm with balcony south and east side) The space The 55 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house and was completely renovated in 2018. You have a wonderful view of meadows and fields of the Rottal from the balconies to the south and east side. The separate living and sleeping area is furnished in a cozy country house style. Apartment is fully equipped incl. Satellite TV, radio and CD player, and you will also find a microwave and a cozy corner bench in the well-equipped kitchen-living room. Bath and towels, a hair dryer as well as table and bed linen are available in the apartment. A warm "Greetings God" in our Landhaus Müller in Bad Birnbach. Our house is located only 800 meters from the Rottal Terme (10 minutes walk) and also right next to the golf park "Bella Vista" (90 meters to tee 1) on the western edge of the spa area. All apartments are between 40 and 55 square meters in size, have a balcony to the south or east side. They are well equipped, I'm sure you won't lack anything. We are happy to offer you bread service or, if desired, a rich breakfast. They also get homemade jams, chutneys and juices from our own garden. We have bicycles for you to rent or even enough space to leave your brought bikes or golf bags.
