Located on the south-eastern coast of the island, a few steps from the beach of Porto Tramatzu and a few minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, Villa Laura offers 5 beds and all the necessary services to spend a wonderful holiday. The space The house is structured on two main bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway with a single bunk bed and a living-kitchen with a double sofa bed very comfortable as a bed and very easy to open and close with one finger. Between the two rooms the bathroom with shower and bidet is completed with towels, detergents and hairdryer. The holiday home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a kitchen equipped with a microwave and refrigerator, a washing machine and a bathroom with shower and bidet. Flat-screen TV with satellite channels, Netflix service and WIFI complete the equipment of the house ensuring maximum comfort for an unforgettable holiday. At the two ends of the house are the panoramic terrace with table and chairs on one side and the garden equipped with deckchairs and barbecue on the other. Guest access Our guests will have the entire house at their disposal, while optional shared amenities such as the pool, whirlpool, SPA, and all nearby resort amenities are managed by local travel agencies and are optional for a fee. If you are not interested you will probably not even notice the presence of the holiday village. The garden on three different levels includes an equipped part for exclusive use while the remaining part is for common use with the twin house. The equipped beach has both a large free area and a service area with all the comforts, it is a crescent-shaped cove with the beach that gently descends into the sea without steps... very safe for children and for the whole family.
