The loft is part of a set of 63 dpts. Located in the Semillero Purísima building on the 5th floor of the Commercial Area, in front of Plaza de la Purísima. You arrive walking to the CAS. In the same plaza there is laundry on floor 1 with self service and custom service. Restaurants, pilates, fruit shop, barbershop and a 7eleven. We also have free parking. * We do not have a pool or gym. No pets allowed *Book 4 nights and we'll give you 1 breakfast for 1 person. The space Lofts with basic equipment and included in a mixed-use building in front of Plaza de La Purísima in the heart of Monterrey. It has spacious air-conditioned common areas where you can have a coffee, have a pleasant reading moment, have work meetings in private rooms or simply have a friendly chat with friends or family. Guest access To enter the premises, it is IMPORTANT that only the HOLDER of the reservation can enter and must make the respective registration within the Airbnb chat of the identifications (photograph) of the holder and their companions. In case of loss of the ticket or if you bring an extra car, the cost will be $200, paid directly in the parking lot.
