A mini-split HVAC unit allows you to control your environment's temperature to your personal preference. The private entry and lock box offers an effortless self-entry and departure during your comings and goings. The exterior area, from the parking to your entrance, is well lit all during the night. PLEASE NOTE: Upper level of home occupied by Owner - daytime typical noise can be heard. Hence, Airbnb Suite is not suitable for daytime home office workers due to activity on upper level and lawncare duties on the exterior that also creates typical sounds. This Suite is not ADA compatible due to parking on an incline, walking across a sloping front lawn, steps and gravel pads to entry. Occupant limit is up to 2 adults over the age of 21, (names/ages) listed in reservation. No additional visitors, no persons under 21 yrs of age, no pets, no smoking & no third party bookings. SPECIAL WINTER NOTE: Snow & sleet conditions are usually minimal at this location. Ice melt is applied on the Driveway & Suite entrance when predictions warrant and is generally effective (at no extra charge).
