MALT GAMMEL PRAESTEGÅRD / Apartment

MALT GL. PRÆSTEGÅRD (Old Rectory of Malt) is a listed farmyard built 1869 by Peter Holden Hansen. It is lying on a little hillside right at the beginning of the little village Malt, with stunning views over the fields of Malt & Askov. Surrounded by our horse meadows it is a location which invites and captures one. Here we live with our horses, cats and dog. The upper floor of our house is for our guests. The space There Appartement is in the upper floor of our historic House. There are 2 guest rooms which both have direct access to a jointly bathroom with shower and toilet, which is only for the guests use. There is an additional guest toilet in the entrance hall. A big comfy, spacious living area with sofa, writing desk, dining table invites you to relax. Coffee Machine, and Tea making facilities, books, and games are available (NO fully equipet kitchen!). The guest do have an own entrance. You have the whole area for private use. The Room With a view /double, is a big room, with a big bed (1,80m), the smaller room, has a big single bed (1,20m) Breakfast is available on demand, for 10 € p.P / 75 dkk. Depending on the weather we serve it inside in the living aerea or on the terasse . You are welcome to enjoy the garden, there are cosy corners to spend an afternoon with a book or just relax. There is a big terasse whith a grill, which you can also use. Guest access Our guest are invited to stay in several places in our big garden. There is 1 Terasse with a big table, Strandkorb, hammock in the trees and other places to be. Our horses which are close to the house, the cats and dog are nice and curious. Also they like there privacy sometimes. We wish and expect to enjoy the nature, the animals but also respect there privacy. During your stay One of us is always at home. So we are pleased to help and give ideas for excursions in the surroundings. Other things to note Because we wanted the guest rooms as nice and comfortable as possible we decided to put a Sisal carpet in the guest rooms. Therefore we ask our guest to take their shoes off in the guest area.
