The space Located in commercial/residential zone and 1 mile from the World springs hot springs this apartment was previously used for a family construction company with large office space now renovated into a very comfortable and spacious living area with a computer desk space large enough for 2 people working simultaneously. outside the large picture window boasts glorious views of Pine Valley Mountain, fire pit and tons of parking. Bedrooms are unusually spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen is a unique layout with large fridge, stove/oven and microwave on coffee station hallway door leads to a shop with laundry facilities however door does lock from both sides and will be locked from the outside Laundry facilities may be available for use if needed as per request. Guest access upon arrival guests can park in the front near the steps, go up the steps and enter through the front door. guests may prefer to drive around to the upper parking area and enter from the kitchen door. Please take note. There is a tree company located in an adjacent building with large boom trucks that may be picked up in the morning and parked again at the end of the day. maintenance may be heard from the tree company on occasion. Other things to note There is a private mechanic shop to the side of the aparment with separate entrance that may be used on rare occasions for repairs on equipment for family company. Please note: you are renting the apartment and not the attached shop. The owner maintains full right to use the shop which is separate from the living space. Owner provides privacy for guests but is available if needed.
