Patio villa with solar heated pool and hot tub!

The home is a two bedroom, one bath, LR, DR, Kitchen, Patio Villa. The Villa was recently repainted throughout and has been refurnished. There is a front lanai and a back lanai with a private heated pool and a hot tub on the side patio. The LR has an electric fireplace if needed. The home is in the Villages Florida in the Springdale section, close to the Nancy Lopez golf course and within walking distance to the community pool. The space The home has a front sun room a side patio with hot tub and a rear lanai with a solar heated pool. Guest access Gate Passes are provided and temporary passes to all golf courses and recreation centers are available upon request. Other things to note The home is located in: The Villages Florida which is a 55 plus community but any age guests are able to stay. There are family pools and activities for children at the recreation centers.
