Kitchen/diner, sitting room with dining area, a separate family room with TV, sun room to the rear of the house with a ground floor wc and access to a well maintained garden which boasts the afternoon sun with table and chairs and a bbq.The house is close to Frinton's seafront, town centre, tennis, golf and cricket clubs. The space Brambles is an extremley spacious house and offers plenty of space for every one. There is a sitting room with TV which also has a dining area for formal dining. lounge with TV and plenty of seating area. A groundfloor bedroom and adjoing walk in shower room. Towards the back of the house you have a sun lounge with views over the well kept gardens and you also benefit from an adjoining cloakroom on the ground floor. The garden is south facing with afternoon sun so you can enjoy alfresco dining on either of the 2 patio areas provided and you will find a gas BBQ to the side of the property with access through the utility room and kitchen area.
