The house, surrounded by a green and extensive plot of 7000 m², has a large swimming pool in front of the porch and terrace with a chill out area and sun loungers. Outside, we can also enjoy the cool air under the porch on the outdoor sofas, or enjoy eating in company in the outdoor dining area, taking advantage of the fantastic grill available on the terrace to cook the best grilled dishes. The house has capacity for 8 people with its 4 spacious and bright double bedrooms, all with air conditioning and heating. Two of them have a double bed, one of them with access to the terrace and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two single beds, and the fourth has access to the terrace and an extra-large double bed. The house is equipped with three bathrooms with shower and toilet. Inside we will be able to see the living room with a comfortable television space with comfortable sofas and a dining area. We will also find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Of course, the property has parking available.
