In the Eure Valley, 20 minutes from Giverny, 1 hour from Paris, 1 hour 10 minutes from Deauville and 10 minutes from La Vallée des Marques, and close to the stud farm, zoo, swimming pool and bike rental 200 m away. Price: €320 for the large house with 4 bedrooms (8 people) Option for 13 people (outbuildings with 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room in addition): €390. Weekends: departure until 8 p.m. on Sunday. The space The house overlooks a large park of 7000 sqm, bordered by a forest, without any vis-à-vis. Total calm and beautiful large fruit trees all around. Located in a peaceful hamlet, the house is not secluded. It includes a main house (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, double living room, TV room, fiber, equipped kitchen) and, 20 meters away, two annexes with 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet (optional rent by asking me by message). There are food basics (oil etc) and hygiene (soap etc.) in our house. Rental from 2 nights (3 to 4 nights for bridges). Special rate of €600 per night for long weekends and New Year's Eve and €500 for the weeks of Christmas and New Year's Day. Rental for a minimum of 3 nights during Christmas Eve and New Year's Day. Guest access 1 hour from Paris via A13 or A14, Gaillon exit.
