Fabulous loft style living right in the heart of beautiful Bakewell Shops, pubs, restaurants, River and amazing walks on your doorstep. Ideal to explore the stunning dales. Parking permit supplied for 1 vehicle. Sleeps 8 guests in 2 bedrooms & can sleep up to 12 with the use of sofa beds in the lounge area (£25 pppn on request) All in a modern and bright setting. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen. Fast wi-fi Adaptable sleeping arrangements, to accommodate larger groups and families. The space The entire property is available for guests only. We as hosts, live off site but are only ever a phone call away! Guest access We have 1 parking permit for guests use, during your stay. This is a Visitor permit allowing parking in the parking bays directly outside. (There are limited spaces, so a space is not guaranteed). This permit also allows guests to park free of charge in other nearby Zone B parking bays. Also, free car parking on-street, a short walk away if you have more vehicles. Failure to return permits upon leaving, will incur a £200 replacement charge. Other things to note There is a full house manual available at the property. The Parking Permit supplied MUST be returned to the property at the end of your stay. Failure to do so, will result in a charge of £200 per permit for replacement costs. NB There are no exceptions to this rule, as failure to leave the permits, will require us to replace immediately for the next guests.
