Waterfront Lake Washington in Kirkland

Beautiful, waterfront, private, modern, new construction in lovely Kirkland. Spacious kitchen features granite & stainless appliances. Spacious & open dining room & living room just steps away from Lake Washington. Nana walls open to the lake & light filled space. Brand new Queen sized bed & Kasala furniture makes this a comfortable retreat to relax & enjoy. Minutes away from Downtown Kirkland & parks. Parking space included parallel to street & separate entry to unit. Absolutely no pets. The space Modern new construction home, heated plank tile floors, Lake Washington waterfront with 80' dock. Gas fireplace, cable tv, internet, washer/dryer in laundry room in the unit. 18' wide Nana wall floor to ceiling glass doors opens to the lake. Western exposure, beautiful sunsets! Our home is 3 levels & we live on the upper 2 levels. This unit has its own separate lake level entrance. We do use our dock, yard & the lake, we have 2 boats we keep at the house on the dock & are happy to share our space with you! So sorry but our Hot Tub is not avail for guest use. Our home is modern & has floor to ceiling windows, we do not have window coverings in living areas. The unit is very private as it opens to our lake level private back yard. There are no stairs in the unit. There is a flat sloped paved concrete pathway leading from the front of our home, thru a gate to lower unit Airb&B. Guest access Lake Washington, dock & spacious yard on Lake level. Grass area in front of our unit is shared with us as we live upstairs. Hot tub is NOT avail for guest use. We do use the hot tub on occasion. We have gardener's that work in the yard Saturdays. They follow CDC guidelines & wear masks. Please do not park in actual driveway, we use garage to access our cars. Other things to note Wheelchair accessible, sloping concrete walkway to entrance. Amazing destination Woodinville wineries just 15 min away! No pets of any kind please. We follow strict CDC cleaning guidelines & pride ourselves on maintaining a spotless home. As we enter Fall & Winter we have noticed fruit flies can be an annoyance when food or drinks are present. Keeping doors closed can be helpful. Since we live on the lake there is a chance the occasional spider could be present. We apologize if you see spiders, please know this is associated with the beauty of living on the lake! :)
