The original house was built in 1890 and was renovated during 2015 maintaining its original stone structure on all its exterior walls, giving it a great personality that makes it stand out from the closest of the street on which it is located. This house has been renovated to the fullest respecting its old architecture but oriented to endow it with the current amenities and suitable for the enjoyment of the tenants who occasionally inhabit it.
