Our vacation home is suitable for max. 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy! The space The house was completely renovated in 2020 and can accommodate 6 people, max. 4 adults, the bunk bed is for children, 1 bedroom (downstairs, 5 stairs) has a new (2020) box spring (140/200cm) with good quality pocket springs. In addition, we have 1 bedroom (upstairs, 6 stairs) with 2 single beds with again good quality new mattresses, suitable for both adults and children. And 1 bedroom (upstairs, 6 stairs) has a bunk bed with the same new mattresses, the bunk bed is only suitable for children. All have new duvets and pillows. Bedding is provided, is included in the cleaning fee price. The kitchen is new (2020) and equipped with an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee maker, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a small fridge, 2nd large fridge (including freezer drawers) is available in the utility room. The bathroom is also new (2020) and comes with a rain shower and a hand shower. In the living room we have a wood stove (there is a small supply of wood in the shed) and there is a smart TV. Outside is a spacious garden (700 m2) with a fire pit and a pizza oven. And it is located directly on the swimming lake, with a small beach and a deck. Other things to note The price does not include tourist tax, which you pay by means of a ticket that I send during your stay, the tourist tax is €1.25 pppn. There are no towels provided, but bed linen and kitchen linen are provided. No loud music or excessive noise! There is a speed limit of 20 km per hour in the park, please keep to it! Plus, it's a quiet park, so not suitable for groups to party. No fishing is allowed in the lake. It is clearly described that the house is suitable for max 4 adults, so more is not possible. You are in a rural area, so it may happen sporadically that the WiFi does not work for a while.
