We specialise in luxury stays and offer exceptional 5 star service. We have curated a wonderful selection of caterers, onsite activities and wellness options. We are perfectly suited for special birthdays, bridal party accomodation, hen parties and luxury summer holidays. We can also organise events for up to 100 guests with our dedicated team of event planners. You can sleep 17 comfortably, with another 3 on sofa beds across all the properties. There are options to add extra guests at additional costs. Farmhouse Barn: fabulous farmhouse kitchen, luxurious lounge with double height atrium. 5 double bedrooms. Party Barn: our huge games room - cosy sofas to admire the view, cocktail bar with wine cooler, tv snug with PlayStation, pool table and table football. Gym with weights and exercise bike. Sleeping area with ensuite. Lavender Cottage: previously the Gamekeepers lodge, our traditional cotswold stone cottage sits in its own grounds on the corner of the estate. Enjoy the large deck and stunning views. 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The estate spans 9 acres of beautiful gardens, woodlands with a stunning sunset deck and acres of paddocks. We have lovingly created many peaceful sitting areas to enjoy the amazing views of the rolling hills. Onsite activities include: table tennis, boules, football, croquet, swing, toddler playhouse, woodland walks. direct access to the countryside footpaths. Perfectly secluded for your private stay. Other things to note Additional Charges: The standard price is for 17 guests. We can accommodate an extra 3 guests on sofabeds. £45 per person for bedding. If you have over 20 guests - we charge £100 per person per night (to sleep on airbeds, etc) Early Check in (from 10.30am): £450 Late check out (until 7pm) : £550 We have a 3 night minimum stay - if you can only stay 2 nights, the extra time will enable you to enjoy the full day at the end of your stay, rather than leaving at 10am check out. Guests often host celebrations at the barn, and invite guests just for the day/evening - we have a £30 day guest fee per person. Events - do contact us to discuss events, we can host almost anything from weddings, dinner parties, yoga days, barbecues, corporate off sites. Our Events manager can discuss your requirements and send through costs. Occasionally we can hire out the barn or the cottage separately - do message for costs and availability. Warning: The garden is large and joins onto a paddock via a 3 foot drop. It is not enclosed - young children will need to be watched. Occassionally we can accommodate dogs - do ask before booking.
