Very nice little house, south facing 6/700 M from the magnificent beach Benoît de la Baule. It is located in a quiet, secure, flowered and wooded residence with heated pool (open from June to September 15 depending on weather). You have a fully enclosed garden with a terrace and an awning covering it. The small garden is secure, with a lockable gate. The space Our accommodation is a 3/4 minute walk from the equestrian center of La Baule which is right in front of the residence on the other side of an estate that borders the residence where the "international jumping" takes place every year that you can see from the bedroom window. Benoît de La Baule beach is within walking distance at about 6/700 M. You will also be close to the "Atlantia" theater - a tennis court - mini golf completely redone - creperie ... With this accommodation, you will have a fenced garden with a terrace and a secure gate where you can share your meals starting in the morning at breakfast :) - On the ground floor: A living room with fitted kitchen (induction hob - dishwasher - toaster - oven - microwave etc...) Sitting area with double sofa bed - TV (accommodation equipped with WIFI perfect for remote work). A trendy shower room with washing machine, towel dryer, dryer provided, magnifying mirror etc... - Upstairs: Small staircase hall with a wardrobe and 1 bedroom with a double bed 1.40 M x 1.90 M and 2 seater heater for young children. Umbrella bed with brand new mattress available). There's also a TV. EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY NEW - RECENTLY FINISHED WORK. Nearby, for shopping, a 2-minute drive away, you will find a small shopping center with: a pharmacy - a bakery - small restaurants - a Carrefour Market - McDonald's, a Picard store, etc. And of course, you can enjoy many markets: Au Pouliguen 1.5 km or La Baule market 1.5 km, Pornichet, Guérande... We provide documents and flyers about places to visit in our area. We provide tea towels, towels (2 per person 1 small and 1 large) as well as bed linen.
