Two bedroom cottage tucked away in the heart of Cromer just minutes from the beach, cafes and shops. Views of Cromer Church from the courtyard. The space Bec Cottage is tucked away in the heart of Cromer just minutes away from local butchers, bakers, art galleries and independent coffee shops. A short walk through town takes you down to the award winning Blue Flag beach and Victorian Pier with one of the few remaining end of the pier shows in the country. The cottage has a good sized living room, comfortably furnished with a leather corner sofa, TV, games and books in the sideboard. French doors lead out to the private courtyard. There is a well equipped kitchen/diner with steep and narrow cottage stairs up to the two bedrooms upstairs. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. The paved courtyard provides a place to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or exploring the beautiful North Norfolk coast and countryside. There is no parking at the cottage but free on street parking is a available in surrounding areas and there are several pay and display car parks the nearest one being Meadow Road about a 5 minute walk away. There are also 30 minute parking bays in Bond Street and Mount Street that are restriction free overnight. THINGS TO NOTE: Bec Cottage has steep, narrow stairs which may make the cottage unsuitable for children and infants or those less mobile. The cottage is in the heart of Cromer and therefore there may be some noise from near neighbours as you would expect. Bec Cottage has a no pet policy. Beach towels are not provided. Guest access Guests have sole occupancy of the house and courtyard. Other things to note Please note Bec Cottage has steep cottage stairs to the bedrooms and therefore may not be ideal for very young children or those less mobile. Being in be centre of town and attached to another house there may be some noise from traffic or near neighbours. Beach towels are not provided. Bec Cottage has a no pet policy.
