Welcome to our cosy apartment, situated in the quiet area of Černá in Pošumaví, next to the shores of Lipno. We offer three bedrooms, with additional space available at an affordable price, suitable even for larger groups or families. The apartment features an equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. From the windows, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunset over Lipno. The entire apartment is private and lockable, ensuring your peace, safety, and privacy. We look forward to your visit! The space Our house is complemented by a spacious shared garden, equipped with a comfortable outdoor seating area and a fire pit. Guests are warmly invited to share these spaces with us for an evening relaxation by the fire or a barbecue. We also offer the opportunity to borrow a boat or a paddleboard for exploring the Lipno Lake - and that's completely free of charge! The garden is situated just 50 meters from the shore of Lipno and can be easily accessed by a short walk across the meadow. Convenient parking is ensured right on the property in front of the house. For cyclists, we offer the possibility of secure bicycle storage under a shelter on our property. Guest access ll rooms are private and lockable. Access to the apartment is through the house by shared stairs. Other things to note In close proximity to the house (a mere 5-minute walk), you'll find a supermarket for your daily shopping needs and an ATM for cash withdrawals. A short 10-minute walk takes you to the beaches surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. The village also offers a bus and train station, ensuring easy commuting. This location is perfect for exploring the wonders of Lipno Lake and the Šumava National Park.
