Location The beautiful Hannes Huis is located in a quiet outskirts location in the small Friesendorf Neukirchen, with sunsets included overlooking the wide marsh landscape. It is not for nothing that the famous painter Emil Nolde moved to a district of Neukirchen – Seebüll, today's museum - into this magnificent natural landscape with ever-changing sky colors. Shopping, restaurants, outdoor swimming pool , swimming lake, dyke museum, barefoot garden, Gotteskoogsee, Rickelsbüller- Koog, the North Sea with gateway to the islands and Halligen and Denmark is all in the immediate vicinity. Facilities The ground floor Hannes Huis offers you around 135 square meters of living space, a large terrace (60 sqm) in a southwest orientation and stands on an approx. 1500 sqm fenced garden property. The spacious and light-flooded living area awaits you with a large and cozy round couch and flat-screen TV, a modern dining area and the open, exclusively equipped kitchen with fridge incl. Freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and Nespresso machine. The two bedrooms (one with a box spring bed (180x200)and separate dressing room, the other with two single beds and private TV) can accommodate up to 4 people. A highlight is the large wellness bath with shower, bathtub and sauna (fee €15 per sauna session) with a direct view of wide fields. To cool off after the sauna, you can get outside directly through the terrace door. The guest toilet and a utility room with washing machine and dryer (vs. Fee) complete the picture. The entire house is heated via floor heating. In good weather, the terrace invites you to relax. Plenty of comfortable garden furniture, as well as a large garden table for the whole family is provided. A charcoal grill is available for a perfect grill evening.
