Welcome to our cute and bright 1-bedroom apartment! Perfect location for your Niagara Falls getaway -- Walking distance to the Falls, Clifton Hill and the Casino. 10-15 mins. -- Free parking on premises -- Queen-sized bed and a fold-down couch for additional sleeping space -- Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and a toaster oven -- Free wi-fi and a smart TV with Netflix -- Large bright windows that are tinted for your privacy during the day, and pull down blinds for the evening. Guest access We have a large backyard with a small fire pit and shaded areas where our guests can enjoy a picnics or sun bathing. Other things to note The Bedroom can get a little warm in the evening. I would recommend keeping the bedroom door open so that some cool air from the AC in the living room can get in there. I will provide a fan in the bedroom also. The windows have a reflective tint that prevents pedestrians walking past my apartment to see in the windows. In the evening, I would recommend gently pulling down the blinds for privacy. The windows are see through in the evening. The apartment is in close proximity to the street and some bars. Please be advised that the unit can experience some loud street traffic in the evening. The bars play music during weekends that can be heard in the unit. It’s faint but it is there. I will provide some earbuds on the bedside table to help mitigate some of the music and street traffic so my guests can enjoy their stay. We haven’t had any complaints over the last 30 guests or so regarding the noise but I still would like to be as transparent as possible that there is a possibility of it. The bedroom can get a little bright from the window, so I’ve attached blackout blinds to the window frame. Simply unclip the blind clip to let them drape over the shutters if you want complete darkness in the room. I would advise putting the clip on the bedside table so you can easily replace the clip in the morning to allow some more natural light into the bedroom during the day. The cupboards are stocked with teas, instant coffee, and Keurig pods. Please help yourself to some coffee or teas in the morning. I’m happy to help if you have any questions during your stay.
