Our 2-room feel-good apartment with separate entrance is ideal for 2 guests with children: vacationers, business travelers, course participants or just to relax... Approximately 35 sqm in the basement of our house are lovingly modern and cozily styled with floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace in the countryside. Free Wi-Fi! Through the bright hallway with wardrobe, shoe and luggage storage past the shower room you reach the light-flooded living room with: a cozy dining/working/playing space, (home office), 2-seater cuddly sofa, 40-inch TV (DVBT2) with Playstation connectivity, Kitchenette (180 cm) fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 2-plate ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave with hot air and grill, toaster, kettle, coffee filter with filter paper, (on request: coffee machine, capsule machine, milk frother for espresso/cappuccino), spices, vinegar, oil, coffee, tea - in short: with everything you could ever need! floor-to-ceiling window with electric roller shutters as an exit to your own sheltered terrace, possible extra: high chair, and the light-flooded bedroom with: Double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, Single bed 90 cm x 200 cm - Of course, freshly made with cozy duvets (220 cm x 155 cm).
