House with great ambiance - Living on the vineyard

Stay at the vineyard in the middle of Rhine-Hessian Tuscany. Modern and cozily designed house with parking and beautiful courtyard. The house is the ideal place for your relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are many ways to explore the idyllic wine-growing region in the area. From Uelversheim you can reach the Rhineland-Palatinate state capital of Mainz and the Nibelungen city of Worms in 30 minutes and Frankfurt in 45 minutes. The space On the spacious first floor, in addition to the entrance area with a wardrobe, there is the kitchen, the dining and living room as well as two guest bathrooms. A real highlight: From the kitchen you can access the private wine tasting room. On the 2nd floor, there are two bedrooms and the bathrooms. The large bedroom with box-spring bed, couch and TV is located directly next to bathroom 1. The second bedroom with direct access to bathroom 2 is slightly smaller but at least as cozy. On the 3rd floor are the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. The rooms on the upper floor are also separated from each other with doors and a small hallway. The courtyard with terrace can be used. A car parking space is available there. Additional parking is available behind the winery. Guest access The house has its own access.
