Please do not ask to rent if you are younger than 21. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 2nd floor walk up condo with a queen pull out sofa. There is a kitchen with dishwasher. Washer and Dryer in condo. You get the entire condo for your stay. There is one parking space for the unit. There is not an elevator. The television is available for signing into your streaming services. Guest access The entire condo is yours for the rental period. Other things to note We are on 38th St diagonal from Phil's. Once you park your car you can walk almost anywhere in town. 20 blocks = 1 mile in Sea Isle.
