Relax in peace and privacy under the vine canopy, gaze up at the mountains, listen to magical nightingales. Eco-House Studio sits in leafy Risan, on the beautiful Bay of Kotor embraced by mountains. The spacious studio with south-facing terrace is shaded by lush vines, with an outdoor BBQ and shower. Free WiFi, air-con, satellite TV . A fully equipped kitchen, a separate Bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine. Walking distance to Risan's centre/seaside. Free on-site parking. The space The apartment is equipped to a high standard, ideal for a couple, with a king-size double bed and also a sofa bed for a third person or 2 pre-teenage children. On the 35m2 terrace there is a BBQ area, shower, and sun-bathing loungers. Inside the 27m2 Studio is a shower bathroom with clothes washing machine; fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer; free satellite TV and free Wifi as well as a dining area. Eco-House Studio is about 55m above sea level on the quiet hillside 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Risan. Guest access The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with secure gated access by steps from the road which also lead to the Eco House, home of your hosts. Private off road parking is immediately outside. The hosts' wide sun terrace with sea view is available to guests for sunbathing. Other things to note We are developing a Mediterranean garden, there are herbs available for guests to pick for their cooking. The road from the town is steep and not really suitable for campervans or vehicles much larger than a normal private car or 4x4. We are happy to arrange for additional cleaning at extrs cost per occasion.
