Cozy cottage in a utility environment! Good transport, 15 minutes by car to Gävle, 200m to bus stop and 2.5 km to the railway station in Furuvik. Private seating area with barbecue next to the cottage. Furuviksparken and several nice swimming in the nearby area. A bedroom with a 120-bed and large closet. In the living room there is a sofa bed and 90-bed. Kitchen with basic equipment, including dishwasher. Toilet w shower. In the house there is a baby travel bed and baby food chair. Parking space at the grounds. The cottage is on the same lot as our house. The space On top of the cottage there is a sleeping loft which we do not rent out and which of course is not used when the cottage is rented out. Guest access Parking right outside the plot. You have your own patio with garden furniture and barbeque. The host lives in another house on the same property. Other things to note In the property there are vacuum cleaners and other cleaning details. Of course you clean after yourself and leave the house in good shape. Bring your own bedding and towels.
