One private bedroom and bath with balcony on the ground floor in a remodeled home in Hollywood Hills. The balcony overlooks the hills; Universal Studios and the garden. It's quite beautiful and serene. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway this place is for you. The space The bedroom is on the ground floor next to the garage. You have direct access to the room either from the outside patio or through the garage via the small lobby (which is shared by me and my partner). The bathroom has a large jacuzzi tub with dual shower heads. The room has a balcony overlooking the garden and with the views of the city and Universal Studios. I live in the house with my partner on the second floor. The remaining spaces (kitchen, living room, etc...) are on the second floor and are inaccessible to guests. Guest access Guests have access to the entry lobby, balcony attached to the bedroom, and the garden. No other areas in the house are accessible to the guests. Other things to note We require a copy of your photo ID (as well as your guest's) within 48 hours of reservation. Failure to upload your photo ID’s will lead to cancellation of your reservation. Please note that no one is allowed to the property other than the guest who made the reservation. The space is non smoking. Smoking of any kind of tobacco, pot, etc.. is in violation of the City of Los Angeles due to the area being high fire hazard. Kindly remove your shoes in the lobby before you enter the room. Floor and carpet are white and stain easily. Please lock the doors behind you every time you leave the property. Due to the quiet nature of this area, this neighborhood draws people who may be up to no good. Leaving one door unlocked gives them access to the whole house. Please note that the nightly rate is for one person only. There is a $25 fee for the additional guest per night (It’s automatically calculated once you select 2 guests in the app). No one other than the guest whose name is on the reservation is allowed on the property. There are cameras throughout the perimeter of the property, next to the main entry door, overlooking the street and on the exterior walls. One interior camera in the garage (not accessible to guests), one above the stairs on the second floor (not accessible to guests) and one in the upstairs' balcony (not accessible to guests).
