Double bedroom with ensuite in spacious flat.

I have a private double bedroom inside my modern flat; it has an ensuite bathroom, large work desk and TV. The rest of the flat is spacious and clean; there is a fully fitted kitchen, a bright and relaxing living area, fast and reliable broadband- along with bedding, towels and toiletries. The train station is a 7 min walk away and trains run regularly to Birmingham city centre (takes 9mins) and Solihull. The flat is ideally located for easy access to the NEC, airport, M6 and M42. The space The property is situated on the middle floor of a modern block of flats in a safe and private cul-de-sac. There is safe, unrestricted on-street parking or you are welcome to use my car space (behind the flat) as I do not have a car. Guest access Kitchen, living room, guest bedroom and ensuite. During your stay I am a friendly and approachable host and am perfectly happy to socialise and have a natter or leave my guests in peace as they wish.
