Soltun Tinyhouse in Flåm

Soltun Tinyhouse is 30 m2, garden and terrace and is centrally located in Flåm. Short distance to the city centre with bus stop and railway station, bakery and cafes. Lots of great hiking destinations nearby. The house has everything you need, washing machine and sleeping space for 4 (5 if they are good friends) and own charging point for electric car. Tinyhuset is located on the outskirts of an organic small farm where we have sheep, horses and hens. The house is suitable for those who want to stay rural and environmentally friendly. Neighbors live close by, so partying and noise are not allowed! The space The tiny house is about 30 m2, with bedrooms facing east and the kitchen to the west. In the middle there is a hallway with room for clothes and luggage, and a bathroom with shower. On the kitchen there is a washing machine and there is a clothesline under the roof outside. In the bedroom there are four beds divided into two bunk beds, one of which is a small double bed so if two people share it there are total bed space for 5. The house is registered as a year-round residence with its own street number, and its own access. The tiny house is located about 70 meters from the house we live in and is located between the kitchen garden and the apple orchard in the corner of our property. The Fleet Line passes by at daytime, with the last departure before 10pm. Otherwise, Flåmarva is a stone's throw away, on the other side of the railway and Flåmsdalsvegen. Guest access There is parking right outside the Tiny house and we have a charging box if you come by electric car. Flåm city center and to Lunden station on Flåmsbana, and a short way away to the stone stairs up to Brekkefossen. These stairs are the start and end of the T-bar that goes to Grindaflethuttta, a self-service hut run by Voss' exit team. If you come by bike on Rallarvegen, we are in the middle of the trail. Other things to note The rooster and chickens do not release until 0830, and the chicken yard is some distance away so the cockerel should not be too intrusive. The sheep and horses graze from about mid-May to October out, the dog does not make noises. So apart from one and other passing train, you will basically want to hear waterfall walk and birdsong. There are only two more households in the neighborhood, and the road over to the tiny house is a dead end so there is little traffic.
