Soltun Tinyhouse in Flåm

Soltun Tinyhouse is 30 m2, with garden and terrace and is centrally located in Flåm. Short distance to the city center with bus stop and train station, bakery and cafes. Lots of great hiking destinations nearby. The house has everything you need, washing machine and sleeping space for 4 (5 if they are good friends) and own charging point for electric car. The tiny house is located on the outskirts of an organic small farm where we have sheep, horses and chickens. The house is suitable for those who want to live rural and environmentally friendly. There are neighbors close by, so partying and noise are not allowed! The space The tiny house is about 30 m2, with a bedroom facing east and a kitchen facing west. In the middle there is a hallway with space for clothes and luggage, and a bathroom with shower. In the kitchen there is a washing machine, and there is a clothesline under the half roof outside. In the bedroom there are four beds divided into two bunk beds, one of which is a small double bed so if two people share it there is a total of 5 beds. The house is registered as a year-round residence with its own street number, and its own access. The tiny house is located about 70 meters from the house we live in and is located between the kitchen garden and the apple garden in the corner of our property. The Flåmsbana passes by during the day, with the last departure before 10 pm. Flåmselva is a stone's throw away, on the other side of the railway and Flåmsdalsvegen. Guest access There is parking right outside Tinyhuset, and we have a charging box if you come by electric car. Flåm city center and Lunden station on the Flåmsbana are within walking distance, and the stone stairs up to Brekkefossen are a short distance away. These stairs are also the start of the T-track that goes to Grindaflethytta, a self-service cabin run by Voss utferdslag. If you come by bike on Rallarvegen, we are in the middle of the trail. Other things to note The rooster and chickens are not let out until 08:30, and the chicken coop is located a bit away so the rooster crowing should not be too intrusive. The sheep and horses graze from about mid-May to late October, the dog does not make a sound. So apart from a passing train, you will mostly hear the sound of the waterfall and birdsong. There are only two other households in the neighborhood, and the road to the tiny house is a dead end so there is little traffic.
