The villa is within walking distance of the beach and it is an excellent choice for anyone who would like to spend holidays in a large new villa with pool near the sea. Ideal for family holidays or groups of friends. Other things to note The villa can accommodate up to 8 + 2 guests. In the villa there are 4 bedrooms, each has its own bathroom. Relax in the cozy living room and make delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You can relax in the green garden with private pool, lie on sun loungers and enjoy the sun. You can also prepare specialties on charcoal grill for your friends and family. If you want to go to the beach, just take your towel and in a few minutes walk you are on the beach, but there are also great restaurants within walking distance. The villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday. There is one bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms on the first floor have access to the terrace. NOTE: Guests staying weekly (7, 14, 21 days, etc.) are preferred. Check-in is from 16:00, check-out by 10:00. Pets are allowed upon request. If accepted, surcharge €50 / week per animal. Smoking is not allowed in the villa, only allowed in the terrace area.
