This listing is for two apartments located in the same building just 5 floors apart, central, both amazing and city views, fully equipped and ready to serve up to 10 guests. White is the predominant color in the apartments giving the sensation of amplitude and freedom, with high ceilings, minimalistic, with teak wood floors / doors and furniture. The view is amazing overlooking Santa Ana Hill, the Guayas River and the city. Other things to note PARKING: We offer parking with a price of USD10 per night for guests that are lodged in the apartment only, 1 space per apartment subject to availability. Parking must be reserved by guests through a message at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, providing name of the driver and vehicle license plate. If you need more parking spots, we can try to get them for you for a supplement nightly price USD15 as we need to rent from a neighbor. We do not offer parking for visitors that lodged guests might have, however, there is free street parking and paid parking as well. Please note that parking building is not located in the same apartment building, but it is 1 minute walking from the entrance of the apartment building to the parking. Please note that the parking building can only admit vehicles that are under 2 meters high (78 inches), 2 meters wide (78 inches), and 4.5 meters long (177 inches). Note that although we provide parking in a guarded building and none of our guests have ever had issues, each guest uses it at their own risk and responsibility, and we are not to be held accountable for any event that were to happen to the vehicle such as accidents, scratches, theft, etc; considering that we cannot control how others drive or how people behave. BEDS: The smaller apartment has two twin beds in the bedroom that are joined to make a king size bed to be able to accommodate the different sleeping requirements guests might have. Also we have a roll away bed that we place in the living room when we have three guests; if only two guests are in a booking and require an extra bed in the living room, it has an extra cost of USD12 per stay. Guest can opt for having up to three separate twin beds in the property. We usually have a king size bed set up in the bedroom, so if you require two twins please let us know. HOT WATER: In Guayaquil since it is hot all year round most buildings do not come with installations for hot water, in case of this apartment we have modified it to have hot water in the showers ONLY. WINDOWS- Windows open up to let a generous amount of air in, starting at a height of approximately 120 CMS / 47 inches and up, however guests lodged with children should be extremely careful as the opening can be dangerous for unsupervised children. AIR CONDITIONING Apartment #1 – please note air conditioning central temperature for the entire apartment is preset at 21C / 70F and cannot be altered. You can, however, regulate the temperature for the aircon machines in the rooms with the remote control. ELECTRICITY DURING POWER OUTAGES NATION WIDE: the building has back up generators for elevators, lobby, and halls ONLY. During power outages we guarantee a power outlet with enough electricity for internet router, a lamp, laptop + cel phone charging, and a TV. Other appliances like aircon, stove, oven, and general lighting is only available once the power is restored.
