Close to Leeds/Bradford Airport and Trinity College. Please note this basement flat is accessed via 12 steps & may not be suitable for guests with mobility issu Other things to note Charging of electric cars is NOT PERMITTED on these premises. Charging should not be done on a domestic supply and is dangerous and we are not insured. Any guest found doing it will be reported to Airbnb. This is a strictly no smoking property, ( guests can smoke outside the property) and any damages will be charged for in full. Please do not book with us if you are not in agreement. Please note that this is a studio flat with the bed in the main room. There is a separate hallway and separate shower room. This studio is in a basement and is accessed by 12 steps and may be difficult for guests with mobility issues. Because we are on a farm and in the countryside we feel that a car is essential as there is no street lighting and no footpaths . Please also note that we are not on a bus route either. Guests wishing to book long term stays should be aware that there is no cooker/hobs and no washing machine for laundry, and we do not allow the washing of laundry in the flat.
