You also benefit from secure private parking in the residence. The apartment is arranged as follows: - A fully equipped new kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob. - The living room adjoining the kitchen opens directly onto the terrace; it is equipped with a small sofa bed (110) which can be used as a bed for a child; fiber WIFI and television with all TNT channels. - A bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. - A bedroom (160 cm bed) opening onto a terrace covered by a bioclimatic pergola on the village side.
