OUTDOOR AREA - ✔ Privacy: 8-foot high cedar fence guarantees your privacy ✔ Pool: Inground swimming pool (be aware, one end is very deep) ✔ Loungers: Relaxing loungers and chairs for sunbathing by the pool ✔ Covered Patio: outdoor dining and sitting ✔ Pool is not heated. Pool will be closed Oct 15 - May 1. ✔ Putting Green: Practice your golf skills LAUNDRY - Our laundry room equipped with double sets of washer and dryer, should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay. GENERAL - Free WiFi; central A/C and heat; washer +dryer; towels/linens; complimentary toiletries, kitchen essentials and laundry essentials; keyless entry PARKING - Our home backs to a green belt in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. Also can park in the driveway at the rear of home. GUEST ACCESS - You will have access to the entire home, except for the locked owner closet and the storage by the pool. ★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 8+ GUESTS ★ - Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests. With each additional guest, a $35/night fee will be applied. So please put in the guest number in the system to be quoted with the accurate rent. Visitors are not allowed at premise. ★ TOWELS NOTE ★ - Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. ★ POOL RULES ★ No Running, No Diving, No animals, No Food, and No glass bottles or containers are allowed in the pool. Unbreakable dining wares are provided for outdoor use. All children should be supervised and ensure toddlers wear swim diapers. Guests should never swim alone and should not play around the drains or the covers. The pool IS NOT heated. ★ Security Cameras ★ - One camera facing the street on the front door. It is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It senses motion and record audio and video. ***REPLACEMENT COST*** Please note that there will be a replacement cost for any missing items, and items that have been damaged including stained, broken, tampered with or ripped during your stay. *** NO PARTIES *** - Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. Guest access Master bedroom closet is used by housekeeping and off limit to guests; the storage by pool is not accessible to guests.
