Trash barrels and bags are provided. We provide, coffee maker, toaster, cook top stove,convection oven, microwave oven, blender. We also have beach chairs, umbrella , beach toys and a cooler. We take pride in keeping the cottage spotless for our guests. We want you to be comfortable and return every year ! Only 2 cars are allowed in the driveway., one behind the other on the left side in the driveway. All other cars need to be parked on the street. We DO NOT allow parties, excessive drinking or loud noise. This is a family neighborhood. A key will be available. Will text info to booked guests. It is easy access to Rt 101, Rt 495 and 95. There is on site parking for 2 cars only, There is also street parking. Only if they need anything It's clean, safe and quiet, Cottages are mostly family's and very friendly. No excessive drinking,No parties and No loud noise It's 2 miles from the highway. Close to the shopping area and a stones throw from the beach and activities on the boardwalk, Some great places to visit are Downtown area Portsmouth NH, Newburyport Ma downtown area and of course a drive north along the ocean on Rt 1 in Hampton There are fireworks every Wednesday night and concerts at the beach every night. Hampton Beach was rated 3rd in the country as one of the cleanest and most friendly beaches in 2016 July and August are WEEKLY rentals only, Saturday to Saturday. All other rentals are 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
