The house is surrounded with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees and more, because the house is in the middle of an astate which gives you a gorgeous view. The house is 150 km from Athens( by car + ferry boat) or 210 km (by car, crossing the Chalkis). It is 13 km away from Aidipsos, a famous spa city known from antiquity. The village Gialtra, where you can find most of the basic shops , is on the top of the hill, within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes). The space Gialtra is a village in the north of the second largest island of Greece, on the slope of a hill, on a six-acre estate with a unique view of the sea, a small enclosed bay protected from the waves! The view from the house is like a child's drawing. The view makes you calm, offering peace. The estate is surrounded by pine trees, a classic landscape of the Mediterranean, a sunny nature, without noise! The estate has 200 trees, olive trees, citrus trees (orange, lemon, mandarin, grapefruit and bitter orange trees), pear trees, apricot trees, peach trees, fig trees. The distance from the sea is three minutes by car, but you can also walk comfortably. The beach is sandy with very clear waters, it is not organized (there is an umbrella and sea chairs in the house.) We recommend swimming next to the mill! and the area has a few vacation homes. There are no shops, restaurants, cafes. It is the ideal place for those who like to enjoy tranquility, hiking, the sea and relaxation, for people who want to leave the noise of the city to meet simplicity and tranquility.
