The house is surrounded with olive trees, orange trees, lemon trees and more, because the house is in the middle of an astate which gives you a gorgeous view. The house is 150 km from Athens( by car + ferry boat) or 210 km (by car, crossing the Chalkis). It is 13 km away from Aidipsos, a famous spa city known from antiquity. The village Gialtra, where you can find most of the basic shops , is on the top of the hill, within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes). The space gialtra is a village in the north of the second largest island of Greece, on a hillside is on a land of six acres with a unique view, on the sea, a small enclosed creek protected from the waves! the image seen from the house is like a children's painting. the view makes you calm, offering peace; the estate is surrounded by pine trees, a classic Mediterranean landscape, a day-long nature, without noise! the estate has 200 trees, olives, any trees ( orange trees, mandarin lemon trees, grey fruit and berries) pear trees, apricots, medlars, peach trees, chic trees. the distance from the sea is a three-minute drive, but you can go comfortably on foot. the beach is sandy with very clear water, it is not organized( there is an umbrella and beach chairs in the house. ) we recommend a bathroom next to the mill! and the area has a few holiday houses. there are no shops, restaurants, coffee shops. is the perfect place for those who like to enjoy tranquility, hiking, sea and relaxation, for people who want to leave the noise of the city to meet simplicity and quiet. the car is a must. within five minutes' drive are the bathrooms of gels where there are taverns, by the sea, coffee shops, kiosk. the house has a large terrace and two different outdoor areas, where one can isolate, depending on the hours of the day you can choose the most shady veranda around the house.
