The house comprises 4 bedrooms (3 of them have a double bed, while the fourth has 1 double bed and 1 single bed) and 3 full bathrooms. The main area includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy meals, a spacious living area with high-quality furniture, a pool table, a fireplace, and a dining area. The living room offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The outdoor space features 7000 m² of colorful gardens, cobblestone walkways, and traditional details. There is a covered outdoor patio area and an 8m x 4m private pool with sunbeds, sofas, loungers, and a hammock, where you can relax and enjoy the views. There is a separate building with a dining table, BBQ, and traditional stove. Additionally, there is a fully equipped gym, an open-air playground where children can play safely, and a 25 m² private chapel where you can organize your wedding, baptism, parties, or any other special event! A staircase from the living room leads to the second floor of the property, where you will find the remaining three bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All rooms have balconies with beautiful views and seating areas with chairs. The outdoor space is expansive and can host special events. A 7000 m² garden with a 10m x 5m swimming pool is ideal for starting or ending your day with a dip as the sun sets or simply relaxing on the stylish sunbeds and under umbrellas.
