Friendly, modern apartment. Great for families with young children, as there are 2 bedrooms! The apartment can also be booked with 4 adults. Please note, however, that the bathroom can be cramped with adults. The apartment is only 45 sqm, even if it has three rooms :-)! And the second bed is just a pull-out bed with thinner foam mattresses. The space We offer a modern, newly renovated apartment. Located right at the train station. Approx. 12-15 min. walk to the beach and the city! Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, freezer and fridge, stove, ceramic stovetop, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, vinegar/oil, kettle, toaster. Living and dining room: In the living room there is a sofa for 2 people and an additional armchair. There is also a dining area for 4 people. A sideboard with LCD TV and sound box is also available. Bathrooms: In the bathroom there is a bathtub with shower glass wall (not very high due to a slope), towel dryer and hairdryer. Bedroom 1: comfortable box spring bed 1.80 x 2.00 m plus wardrobe Bedroom 2: pull-out/guest bed with two mattresses each 0.80 x 2.00 m (slightly thinner mattresses) plus sideboard Features: LCD TV, Bluetooth music system, Wi-Fi available, 2 bicycles (ideal for trips to the beach or shopping /not comfortable enough for longer trips). Private parking is available right in front of the house (second from the right). The apartment is located directly opposite the Timmendorf train station. A bakery is right around the corner. Guest access The whole apartment is there for you! Other things to note The municipality of Timmendorfer Strand, due to its recognition as a Baltic Sea health resort or resort, a spa tax (only for adults over 18 years of age). The spa tax is from 05.01. to 09.30. 3.50 euros/day, at other times 2.00 euros/day and is payable before arrival, which we pass on to the municipality. We will then give you a visitor's card. In addition to beach use, the spa card includes a number of discounts on site. You can find more information about this in the apartment. Climbing stairs is required. The apartment is on the second floor! There is a one-time cleaning fee of 50 euros for each stay. The amount will be paid via Airbnb. In addition, a bed linen and towel package can be booked for 12.00 per person (no bath towels included). This can also be done shortly before arrival and can be paid with the visitor's tax. Dogs can be brought along on request. There is a 15,- euro per dog and extra cleaning fee.
