We feel it’s important to share with our guest that our properties are professionally managed and cleaned. Our cleaning team has always maintained a hotel quality of cleanliness, and now with greater need for a clean and safe environment for our guest, they are taking even greater care in the sanitization & cleaning of each unit. If there are special requests you have that will help you feel comfortable, please message us and we will gladly work with you to accommodate your travel needs. The space The 1300 sqft apartment comes fully equipped with a comfy couch and armchairs are great for watching the flat screen TV (full cable and internet package included) mounted over the fireplace. The dining room makes eating-in a pleasure and seats 4 guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is well-stocked with all the cooking utensils you'll need. Enjoy your morning coffee (from our complimentary, stocked coffee bar!) on the front balcony overlooking the quiet front yard and street, or catch up on emails in the study nook just off the kitchen. Each of the two bedrooms holds a queen bed. If you have a fifth guest, the sofa is very comfortable or we can provide an air mattress upon request. The one full bath in the hallway was recently renovated and will be stocked with towels, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, and tissue. The in-unit laundry room is also stocked with supplies. Guests will enjoy private, off-street parking around the back of the home. Please, no pets and no smoking. Have a larger group? Inquire about renting the whole house (2 identical units)! Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and balcony. Other things to note This home is a duplex - guests may hear occasional noise from the other unit. We ask that quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 7am daily to ensure comfort for all.
