It is situated just one tram station away from the main bus and railway station. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, also close to city centre. Everything You need is wihin the radius of 100m: - Branimir market place - bakery - grocery store just door away from the apartment - pharmacy - restaurants. The space We have one room with king size bed 160x200cm. Another room has bed 140x200cm. In the living room there is big curved UHD TV 49 inch with sport and movie channels. We have Optical internet,ultra fast,100/20 Mbit/s. Also there is SONOS Play1 speaker so you can listen to your favourite radio station. If you like we can set it up so it can wake you up. In Hallway room there is a pair of Philips HUE lights with sensors so it will automatically light up when you are in hallway. Also we have Vaillant e-Relax system so you can easily adjust room temperature via your phone. Guest access Guests have access to all apartment.
