PRIVATE ROOM FURNISHED WITH Queen platform bed. There is central heating and cooling, but each room also has ceiling fans for added comfort. All bedrooms have personalized combo locks. The room has central air, ceiling fan, use of the kitchen (if needed) and washer/dryer. House is close to the grocery store, restaurants and the center of lehigh acres. Only 25 minutes to downtown Ft. Myers and 30 minutes to Ft. Myers Beach. The space The only furniture is the bedding. No animals or children on property, so you can rest peacefully. Host is specifically allergic to cats and dogs. Guest access Expect all areas of the house, except your private bedroom, to be shared with others. Please do not leave personal belongings in the shared areas. Conversely, do not use, move or remove anything that you did not bring with you and was not specifically listed as a provided amenity as it probably belongs to another guest. If you use anything, including appliances, counters and fixtures, clean it directly after use. All spills must be cleaned up right away.
