The beautiful and modernly furnished 3-room apartment "Bella" is located on the 1st floor of the house and has a balcony from which you can use the morning sun for breakfast and recharge your batteries for a great beach or eventful day trip. The non-smoking apartment with underfloor heating has a size of about 60 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright apartment has a front hallway, a separate cloakroom as additional storage space, a cozy living area with a high-quality kitchen-living room and a dining area, two chic bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. A comfortable sitting area awaits you in the living area. You can also access the furnished balcony from the living room. Technical facilities include a flat-screen TV, a radio with CD player and free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchenette includes an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and extensive kitchen inventory. The master bedroom has a large double bed with bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe with mirror and blackout pleated blinds for a good night's sleep.
