Welcome to the North Fork of Long Island. Make memories at our home while exploring our beautiful area full of farms, beaches, vineyards and so much fun regardless of the season! Enjoy views of Peconic Bay whether you’re inside or on the brand new back deck. The home is centrally located to shopping along with anything and everything you’ll need! The home is located on Husing Pond and is a true nature preserve. Watch ospreys and other beautiful wildlife! The space Each room has a flat screen Smart TV as well as extra space under the beds for storage. Enjoy Netflix and other streaming services on our high speed WiFi while watching swans, ducks and bald eagles just to name a few. The home has two queen beds and two twin beds. The mattresses are super comfortable. We provide window air conditioner units in the two queen bedrooms and a cooling tower in the third room with the twin beds. The main living area also has an evaporative cooling unit. We find the bedroom units are strong enough to cool the whole house as well. Guests can enjoy our entire house except a storage room in the basement. Don’t forget to take a stroll in the nature trail located just on the other side of the pond. Bring a bat and ball to the Mattituck Yacht Club or take it easy on the white sand beaches with provided beach chairs and fresh beach towels. Guest access Upper level and laundry area in basement level. Other things to note We have a strict no pet policy. We kindly request that any accompanying companion or service animals be brought to our attention prior to booking. We will not tolerate pets of any kind (even service animals) due to severe allergies. Please inform us of any anticipated guests prior to renting. We don’t allow a revolving door. Please let us know of any family or friends you think might visit during your stay prior to booking. Respect our plumbing (refrain from flushing feminine products). Lastly, please respect our neighbors. Just like any desirable beach community the homes are somewhat close together so we have quiet hours after 10pm. This is home is not a good option for those that anticipate to party through the night.
