Room 'Magnolia' in idyllic old farm house

Imsweiler is a small, idyllic village in North-Pfalz. You can walk to the train station in 10 min. and get to Kaiserslautern by train or car in c. 30 min. Your room is upstairs (1st floor), the bathroom is on the ground floor and also provides a sauna (20€ for 2 hours of use). We're living in the house next door where you can also use our kitchen. We have a nice garden with chickens and cats, and you can use our terrace, sit in the sun... enjoy! The space Your room is located in a beautiful house that is built in a typically regional way. It was constructed around millenium. As there were used mostly natural materials for the construction, there is a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The room is upstairs (on the 1st floor). There are two beds (either next to each other or seperated) with 0,90x1,90m each. The bathroom is on the ground floor and will only be used by you and possible guests from the other double room in the same house. We have a nice green courtyard with a terrace, wich you can use as well. Guest access The building in which your room and the bathroom are located has a seperate entrance. There is another building next door where we are living and where you can use the kitchen if you want. It's only a few steps away. During your stay As we are living next door, we will be there to welcome you and answer all your questions, give you advice for trips etc. Other things to note In your bathroom, there is a sauna wich you can also use (20€ for 2h). A part of the courtyard is dedicated to our chickens and the stables of our sheep/geese opens to our courtyard as well. The animals will stay inside the stable until at least 6:30 am. But if you are a light sleeper, it might be good to bring earplugs! :)
